Well, first of all, I emailed them an explanation of why I want to fight my ticket. They literally copied and pasted my own explanation onto a generic court document and emailed it back to me. Then, after I was found guilty for the citation and had to pay $400 on top of the $99 I paid them, they refused to honor their so-called money-back guarantee. After several attempts I gave up. Avoid them at all costs. You can't even reach anyone on the phone. They are horrible.
