How easy is it to get a hold of customer service at 1stoplighting.com?

So far in July 2020, it is impossible. Service line does not respond, emails are not answered and promised delivery status updates are non-existent.

Responses via Email were within 1 business day. They were very easy to correspond with and there was no need to pick up a phone. They went above and beyond. The item I ordered came sooner than expected but it had a dent in it, probly from delivery. I emailed the company and and recieved quick responses with instructions and was given a full refund super quickly, even though the packaging was damaged. Very easy and pleasant to work with! This is a stand up company that really impressed me! Thank you 1stoplighting!
