I'm already complained to BBB, FTC, and on public websites.
We purchased a living room set in January of this year and the checkout said free white glove delivery even when we put in our address. We completed the purchase then got a phone call from them and were told we had to pay for delivery and they would put a rush on it and we would get it in 3-4 weeks. Long story short we still don't have our furniture and we have called them multiple times to see when they are supposed to deliver our pieces and they keep telling us they will contact the white glove delivery people and someone will get back with us and they never had. The email we received said our expected delivery date was February 5 and today is February 25. We asked for a refund and were told they don't do refunds. Stay away from this company! They are liars and deceiving.
