Made 78 order so far only 1 lost in shipping. Not bad for marketplace fast for refund and reply from seller is fast. No communication error. Only bad so far is too many thing to shop lots of assortment if you know how to find your ways.

Disappointed send wrong size of product yet unable get my return despite photo clearly show that is a Size 3 and I order Size 7. The way they handle it really suck to maximum no wonder they are losing market share. Only cheapskate will buy from the site I guess con style modus operandi my friend bought stuff advertise as REAL end up is a poorly made counterfeited items. Will advice best to avoid such marketplace with ZERO customer service. Dishonest seller + Bad customer service. My advice buy from either Amazon or Lazada. So much better the refund policy.

First time buying on Qoo10 website this seller have alot of choices of nice sneakers but realize is a very bad and dishonest seller after reading thru all the comment I still when ahead and made a purchase thinking I may not be that unlucky. End up wrong sizes came but they listed ALL size available so I waited shipping was not fast appx 1 week plus was kind of excited about the shoe when it arrive is SIZE 3 kids size! Asked for refund and seller reply was 2 days later perhaps this is one of the way the seller ensure NO refund are able to made after receiving the order she mention to me within 7 days from receive of products what a good way to do business. I counted more then 8 buyer got the wrong sizes including me 9 and those are the one who left remark how about those who cant care less about it? You can demand a full refund if you have wait for then 30 days and no shipment details just by simply calling paypal they will be delighted to look into your case. Normally first shipment sammydress will ship you in time by the second or third time you purchase it will take more then 2 month and most of the time inform you out of stock. Btw if you have notice most of the "good review" are fake account which happen all on the same day. # justsaying. Alway take note when ordering online. Some just out to scam you.
