This was a scam site. They charged me 1.99 to view a cover letter then came back and charged me recurring $35.80 per month. There was no confirmation sent and they had my email address. I had to argue with them to get a cancellation and a credit from my credit card company. They suck!
We explain that the subscription is auto-renewing, underneath the description of the subscription in bullet form, as well as in the confirmation email you receive once you subscribe, stating the amount that you’ve paid for and our auto-renewal date. We also make cancellation really easy as we provided 4 ways: by phone, live chat, via email and through “Account Settings” online if service is no longer needed.
