Tip for consumers:
this site told you one thing, and when I get to the hotel, they messed up everything, from room to breakfast.....I have to pay $109 extra per night. I contacted customer service everyday (from abroad) and got no response. they told me it would take them 24-96 hours to do research. and by the end of 96 hours, still no results.....The hotel seems to dispise this site too for some curious reason I don't know of. Horrible site, will never use again
