Ordered a self balancing electric scooter 9 days ago the shipment company was DHL the tracking number was still providing "shipment information received" I called DH UK to get some further informations they said the parcel was not even received... so i decided to open a dispute and 4 days later the seller accept to fully refund me and guess what? The payment return will take like 10-15 days in order to be proceeded!
Contacted the customer service chat to ask them to refund me through DHpay account as it takes only 1-2 days to get my payment return and obviously it's not possible as i made the paid with my credit card...
