I paid extra for the 2 day shipping and got an email 3 days later saying there was a delay and overall it took over a week to receive my order but the 2 day shipping fee was not refunded. Also the carrier came by when no one was home without letting us know in advance someone needed to be there to meet them and they took the package to a different location we had to drive to to receive the package. No longer a fan of this service.
Lots of options and supposedly quick shipping times.
