They tell it like it is. They offer best price possible. Customer service is fast & efficient and returns are easy as can be.
Placed an order for an "in stock" item over a week ago. They charged the card the same day but no shipping confirmation. Cannot get an answer by phone or email. The two employees I did talk to were rude and useless. I strongly recommend to stay away from this company. I am in the process of having Amex do a charge back and purchasing elsewhere!
