Placed an order on 1/19/2022. Website indicated orders placed by 11:00 would go out that day. I paid for 3-6 day shipping due to traveling. I tried to call. I left a message. I tried the 17 minute wait but was disconnected after a few minutes. I have sent message wanting to know the status. No response. On 1/28/2022 order is still processing. I sent message to cancel order and refund payment. I hope that I do not have to take legal action against them. I might note that I tried to lookup their IP information to determine who they are. They use GoDaddy but indicate their Registrant Organization is Domains By Proxy, LLC. Sounds like a scam company.
Tip for consumers:
Call to verify products are in stock and can ship immediately. I believe this is a scam company.
Products used:
Product not shipped. Their website indicates they will charge for shipping if the product is returned as not deliverable because they did not ship or cancel order as requested by the customer.
