Bought a large suitcase in sale i can't remember if I paid by cash or not, a wheel has lost its rubber runner, called in but without a receipt they cannot help me. Surely they have a way of finding a receipt if I've paid by cash, I bought the suitcase in the Southport store. But no understanding from them regarding the faulty wheel. Disgraceful service.
