What a rip off! Sent in a bag with a brand new $450 jacket, 10 articles of brand name clothing and received an upfront payout of $17.58. They put my jacket up for sale and I was told I would get 40.00 for it! I still have not received my money and it's been a month and a half now. Customer service doesn't call you back until days later and it's a big waste of time anyway. Give your clothes to charity. At least you'll know they are going to a good cause. Pretty sure reading the reviews below Thredup won't be for long
