I had Comcast for about 4 years, and prayed that I would never go back. Now I am with Dish, some inor issues with teh weather, but nothing major. I am locked in to a 2 year contract so I have not seen any price increases. Customer service has always been good to great - no non-english speaking employees. I hope that once I finish this response my service reverts to that of Comcast.

Groupon ads do not actually list what you are getting, even in the fine print. The object is to get your money then trade off with another product they get a better return on. - No refunds. Miss Leading advertising - DO NOT BUY GROUPON

I purchase a lens light through Adorama and apparenetly my credit card did go through since I got a reply. Several days later when I went to check on the order I found that it was on hold because of the credit card, when I tried to use another credit card their site got stuck on processing... over and over. I ended up cancelling the order, but it did waste too must of my time to ever consider going back.

Since dealing with B&H, I have found that they actually listen to their customers. Quick on returns, answer questions, resolve issues. Additionally they have some of the better prices on equipment. They make it easy for the consumer, better than Amazon.

Everyone has the right to make their voice heard, but in the Augusta, GA store, one employee and also a supervisor wore a Kaepernick jersey, which stuck out amoung all employees and customers. Additionally the manager walked by her as though she was in uniform! They may have some small deals now an dthen, not enough to survive. Several months ago, I purchase speakers, which Best Buy would match with Amazon, with the same model number Best Buy would not because Amazon's wording on the speaker was slightly different than Best Buy's. There is no organization, and employees rule. I guess they will end up like Circuit City.

Don't even consider Direct TV. In just asking for a quote and specifically telling them not tto do a credit check - they did - without my permission or SS #. I am filling a complaint thru FCC and BBB. I did not even consider them since their 2nd year was significantly higher. Also you must bundle or face charges that even exceed Comcast. A joke.

INCOMPETENT DUMB OFF SHORE NON-ENGLISH SPEAKING EMPLOYEES - CALL WAIT 30-90 MIN. THEN RECALL 30-90 MIN WAIT, FINALLY GET TO US BUT STILL INCOMPETENT - IF YOU HAVE TIME TO WASTE THIS 3RD CLASS COMPANY WILL BE WORTH IT FOR YOU. WHAT EVER YOU DO DOES NOT MATTER TO THEM UNLESS YOU WANT TO CANCEL ACCOUNT
