Glasses FINALLY arrived from Germany. Was somewhat concerned they were coming from abroad, having been misled into thinking they were being manufactured in the UK. However, box they've come in is completely USELESS for the type of glasses I've ordered. Really regretting having used this company. Have zero confidence in getting this sorted in a timely manner.
UPDATE: The company has agreed to give me a £15 refund to cover the cost of my purchasing a case separately.

I bought a pair of glasses from here as a cheap alternative to Specsavers. Loved the frames...

I am extremely sorry to know that the case received for your glasses is not suitable.
The case used to send your glasses are the same ones used for all these frames however have never received any complaints about the same. We have been informed by our customers that being a rimless frame the hard case is more suitable and protective.
We have escalated your feedback about the case to our lab and will check for a suitable case, also as discussed with our support team we have been informed that you wish to source a suitable case locally hence charges for the same have been reimbursed to your account.
