Just last week I was on the Zulily app. And put stuff in my basket in case I might come back to it, well boxes started arriving at my front door from Zulilly, then more boxes, I went into a panic and called them, she informed me you have 3 Computers about to be shipped out. I immediately looked on the site and saw there were 3 expensive computers another pair of Brooks shoes about to ship out on my account, how could this happen? It has happened to me before, years ago where the Computer ordered me 3 Recliners, it hadn't happened in a few years so I figured Zulily got the " glitch" out of their Computers...obviously not, at the worst case scenario if I passed out and hit a button and I would have had to hit a second button to approve the order so this is not the fault of the Customer, they won't fix their problem at their end, how could I order 3 Computers, 2 pair of Brooks tennis shoes, 1 pair being male, there is no men in the house and 3 fur headbands. Now I'm terrified of putting anything into my Cart again knowing this will happen. I am upset Zulilly will not fix this problem. Do not leave stuff in your Cart, it's a hazard!
