The Company cancels your account with no justifiable reason. In my case, it stated that there were multiple spam emails from my account, which I am unaware of. Neither it gives the mail receivers address nor logs, trace or anything. It's just their word of wisdom.

Your account has been suspended due to the SPAM mail sent from compromised email account (*******@bunkstop.com). SO our server IP have block on your domain name. We cannot unsuspended for your domain name.

1) address to which the mails were sent
2) Time they were sent
3) To how many address these were sent to

Hello sir,

From *******@bunkstop.com there has been almost 1lakh spamming mails has been sent, so its not possible to sort it all, due to this our server has been down for almost 24 hours, you are using shared hosting, lot of other customers domains also hosted in the same server they also got affected due to this issue, we have faced lot of loss due to this issue, so we cant unsuspend your account right now.

HI,

I don't require all the mail it has been sent to just a few to see even if they are being sent and the frequency, IP etc.

Secondly please provide the logs of the mail being sent as from my end no mails have been sent as I cannot see any in the mail folders(sent/drafts etc)

Finally, even if they are being sent it is not necessary the compromise has been from our side as we have not shot any emails. Did you check your systems for any security breaches?

Please provide logs for such activity, as my business is affected due to the suspension.

We cannot open your account right now, due to its spamming content if we try to access it again the server will be blacklisted, as already mentioned you are using shared hosting, so we cant risk other customers also, already we have faced huge business loss also. Hope you understand, so kindly kindly examine with the mails if you have manual backup, from our end we cant access any of your files.

Please tell me how did you close in to the emails are being sent by my mail address?

I have that mail account logged in and cannot see any such spam mail.

Please provide me with the data by which you traced the spam mail origin.(logs, systrace, syslog)

Let me repeat this for you
I have not sent any spam mail from my side there is a security lapse in your server
If you are disabling my account I need a proper reason and report of the analysis.
Just saying something won't help

We got an error report on *******@bunkstop.com which causes the spamming, you can check with that mails if you can, other than this we cant get any other details, no logs, systrace, syslog for this issue.

However, in accordance with our Money Back Guarantee the minimum usage deduction for any product is one month and if paid monthly (eg.
