This is the second review I'm writing on this company. Today's date is 2/24/15. I made my purchase (and I say purchase because they had absolutely NO PROBLEM accepting my hard-earned greenbacks) on the 15th of November, 2014. Excuse my CAPS but, I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. NOT EVEN A REFUND.
I've continued to get the same runaround from the same "Pearl" person in the support center. After I wrote my first review, I received an apology and an offer for a "big coupon" and was told to check my bank account around the 9th of February. Of FEBRUARY. It's already been THREE. MONTHS. So I waited a week (this occurred on the 2nd) and LO AND BEHOLD, no refund.
I'm sooo tired of these people and their fake company. I just want my money back and to never, ever, EVER have to deal with them again.
My advice: Stay as far away from them as possible.
Update: I received my refund... from the bank. After disputing the charge.
