This is the second time that I have used this site and the service and delivery is fantastic. They sell designer beauty goods and great prices. I buy my Diorliner from them and always find their price more competitive, plus I received an extra 7% off for Christmas. I find that they always have a good stock level. Cannot recommend them enough!

I ordered 2 pairs of Doc Martens. One for me and one for hubby. My husband's boots were perfect but unfortunately Discount Footwear sent me a completely different pair to the ones I ordered. The size and colour of the Doc Martens was correct, but the style was wrong. I telephoned, no answer. I e: mailed, no reply. I then found some reviews on Discount Footwear and after reading them I would suggest that no-one order from them. Now I am stuck with a pair of boots that I may never wear. Anyway, I recently purchased from the original Doc Martens store and no problems at all. I could have attempted to returned the goods to discount footwear but to be honest I was worried that I would have no boots and no refund. Ugh! Makes me mad that the Internet is blighted by these companies that promise the moon, look professional but are only after our money. Anyway I had to give them 2 out of 5 for at least giving my husband a correct boot for each foot!

Fantastic service and delivery. I highly recommend this website. I like the free sample they send out as a thank you with each order, nice touch. I always feel completely confident using this website.

We ordered 2 swiss knives and two pouches. Everything arrived quickly but we only received one of the two pouches ordered. I sent them an e: mail but they haven't responded. Shame really as the delivery on other items was very fast. From now on I think that I won't order from any website that doesn't display a telephone number. I also think it would be wise to check for reviews before ordering from an Internet site i the future. I am a Company Director and I think it is terrible that there seems to be an increase in Internet companies that are not supplying goods paid for.
