What I love about Amazon.com is that you just type in what you want, and it appears! No more driving all over to find something... you don't even have to go to multiple web sites - Amazon has it all! The prices are the best - and if you become a Prime member you get free 2 day shipping on most purchases! If you have to return an item - you can do so without any hassle. The customer service is wonderful. I love Amazon ~ and you will too!

I like Expedia and have had good experiences except for one time - I don't want to focus on the negative, but I think it is important to know this because we certainly weren't prepared when it happened to us. We had an emergency and had to change our flight. We had even paid extra for the insurance - but they couldn't help us get another flight without paying full price! We were told we would have to get a refund for the first flight separately. When we called the airline that Expedia had booked us with - they couldn't do anything because we were Expedia customers. So we were in limbo, with nobody helping us and ended up having to buy new tickets at full price. After it was all over, we did get about half the price of the original ticket refunded to us.

First time ordering from zazzle and it was great! I love that you can choose the size of your invitations. They were easy to customize and the finished product was adorable for our upcoming baby shower.
