You forget to mention in your rules that discount coupons randomly go up without warning so you never know how much you have to use the next time and that if a winner gets ahead in the last two minutes two minutes can be added so it can go on forever. I never would have spent money if the actual rules and how the game was played was laid out. It's dishonest.
Plus the customer service is really rude. Especially when you are a new customer and lost all your money. This is a poorly run company with very poor customer support. They just tell you to shut up and listen to them and then try to get you to buy more bids.
Apparently if you negatively review their business they don't reply
Sorry for the inconvenience Vanessa. Please note that we will assist you with the return of any defective or damaged items you have received. We always try to provide pre-paid shipping labels in order to ship the item back. If this is not possible, we will of course refund the costs of shipping the item back. All you have to do is send us a copy of the receipt and we will refund the shipping costs right away.
On a separate note, all of our items should be brand new and top quality, just as advertised. If you have received an item that was not up to these standards, please accept our sincere apologies. Our support team will be following up with you to assist with the return process, and have this situation resolved as soon as possible.

Hi Vanessa, we tested the game without added 2 minutes at the end, and discovered that it encouraged shoppers to wait until the very end to start playing. This resulted in winners who won more on luck than merit which didn't seem fair. Please reach out to support@totaltrivia.com if you would like a refund, or have any other questions.
