“WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER”

I checked out- received notice "get free shipping for the rest of today!" so i ordered again- GUESS WHO GOT CHARGED SHIPPING TWICE? No biggie- i emailed 3 minutes after checkout- and then again, and again and again. I have emailed a total of 4 times with NO response
