Ordered on line a Fellowes Powershred W-11C 11.
Did not received PO confirmation. Next day called their customer service.
They explained that this item is not available and discontinued by manufacturer. Than offered a replacement one for the same money.
I asked to cancel the PO. And also asked for email conforming cancellation. Day later still no email and still pending charges on my credit card. Finally I've contacted my credit card to report suspicious scam activity. I hope I will get my money back.
