Agoda is very reasonable. Last January I booked a hotel for 03 nights and could not make it as I was hospitalized. The hotel refused any changes but Agoda absorbed the cost and made a refund.
It was quite personal, understanding & humane. Since then I continue to patronize Agoda for all my hotel bookings.

Please go through the customer reviews carefully. Select hotels within your budget as well as expectations without regretting later.
