TERRIBLE! - I ordered a basket for my stroller and a couple of small items (cup holder, stroller liner) on 11/14/08. Today is 1/22/09.
Still no shipment. I called today, they said it was shipped via fedex in the last couple of days. They did not contact me about delays or when the shipment was actually shipped. Bad customer service.
10 weeks to receive a shipment? Shouldn't be.
Terrible experience. Never again.
