Avoid them, there are more sources out there. I sent the money VIA Zelle October 27th. It was picked up the same day (confirmed by my bank). They sent me emails saying they never received payment(my bank says otherwise). Have had countless back and forth with them where they continue claim they can't find me in the system (duh, it was already accepted, so it will not show up as being pending). Their customer service absolutely sucks, Ive been dealing with an person who calls themselves Karen Pressler, and I cannot find anyone willing to actually look in to the problem. I have ordered quite a bit in the past, and was going to put a fairly big order in after Christmas. I think I will be taking my business elsewhere. They used to be good, but now, they're a bunch of scammers
