Renters Warehouse is doing fraudulent activity. The reason I say this is I pay my rent on time each month and Renters Warehouse is taking my payment then sending me emails saying they haven't received my rent and adding almost $300 late fees each month. When I call to speak with the representative the secretary take my name and number saying they will return my call but Renters Warehouse never return my calls. I been calling for over 2 months so far leaving messages no call back yet. This is one company I would never recommend anyone one to for renting or to rent their property out for them, they will just scam you all, please don't trust them.

These people are running a scam! Could not get anyone on the phone - I should've given up then...
We encountered a issue with our payment processor earlier this month that has now been addressed.
