My first and evidently my LAST order with swap.com. Ordered 4 pairs of jeans for my toddler... received email saying that they were DELIVERED, but that was a week ago and still have yet to see any jeans. Scam!
Tip for consumers: I contacted customer service and they issued me a refund right away. I'm happy with how they handled this after all.
