My first and evidently my LAST order with swap.com. Ordered 4 pairs of jeans for my toddler... received email saying that they were DELIVERED, but that was a week ago and still have yet to see any jeans. Scam!
Tip for consumers:
I contacted customer service and they issued me a refund right away. I'm happy with how they handled this after all.

I am so sorry to that you have not received your order yet! That should not happen. Please understand that once your order leaves our facility we have very little control over the UPS delivery process.
