I placed an order for merchandise on Dec 16,2013 with expedited shipping so that it would arrive by Christmas for my children, The company took my payment of over $90.00, but as of today Dec 23, it still says processing. I submitted a complaint ticket to customer support and they tell me 2 days before Christmas that my merchandise is out of stock. Not so good. Gonna have disappointed children for Christmas this year because I spent my last dollar on these gifts.

Expedited shipping just means the item can arrive you in 3-7 business days after we sent out the package, it does not include the processing time. The total delivery time is the processing time and the shipping time. We are so sorry for the inconvenience.
If you cannot wait for the items, we can cancel the order and refund all the money to your account. And we would like to give you some other compensation for the problem,
