Dear Anna B,
Don't you get tired of replying to all the 1 star reviews from disappointed and disgruntled customers. I have run a successful company for 10 years now - good ethical business practice is of up-most importance and because of this, we have maintained a. 001% complaint rate over 10 years. I would hate to see Live Careers complaint rate.
You have a good product yet your terms and conditions are deceiving and your customers are left with bad taste in their mouths when they are charged for a subscription that they did not know they signed up for. I have listed your charge of $39.80 US as an unauthorized payment with my financial institution.

Our free account gives you the opportunity to try out our resume builder before deciding to purchase. The ability to print, email, or download your resume and cover letters are features included in our paid subscription and not listed as a feature of the free account. You can download a plain text version of your resume for free. We also explain that the subscription is auto-renewing. We state this on every page in the purchase process and we send a payment confirmation email stating the date and amount of the auto- renewal. We do offer several ways to cancel including by phone, live chat, email and self-cancellation in your Account Settings.

We are very committed to providing great service and customer satisfaction, and your feedback will be given to our Marketing team.
