I purchased two tickets for the Astros game and i noticed it was for the wrong date! The game was already being played if not already been done. Upon reading these reviews, I feel like i am not going to get my $60 back for just a simple date error. I emailed them, just waiting on the response (if i get one). Will give a better star rating if we get this problem resolved.
Well after a few days of waiting I got an email back and the refunded me my money! Thank you SeatGeek for working with me and realizing the situation... i would for sure buy tickets from you!
