I ordered the solid cream color moped from them in October, they shipped a different color, yellow/white color trim combo, called them to complain and they confirmed that the yellow/ white combo is called "cream." They lied! Even though I have proof of color choices photos from their website! Also, my moped was installed with 1 very used, old, looking headlight. I called and emailed them a million times about the issue but they kelp ignoring me. I gave up trying for the warranty claim. A couple of months later, my husband lost one of the moped body parts from trying to fix the moped on his own, we tried to order the parts from them another million times, 5 months later, we are still ignored. We've had a lot of compliments on our moped from friends and they wanted our referal to purchase the same moped but we are we are too afraid to refer our friends to experience this no customer service experience as we did. They could've made more business from our referals. 7 months later, we are still driving this moped around town with missing body parts. :(

I apologize that you feel you could not get the parts you desired, but from the notes in your account I do not see that you ever contacted us about any parts other than a Right Turn Light, which you stated looked "Old". We shipped that out to you right away Via: UPS.COM # 1ZWE00100392122927. You contacted us back twice more over the following 7 months and we offered you technical support on both occasions. Never once were any other parts ordered nor were we made aware of your desire to get replacement parts. We do have parts available for your unit with our supplier and if you do desire to get replacement parts please feel free to email parts@saferwholesale.com and they will help get you any parts you need. Below is a record of our correspondences and what was done each time you contacted us:

10/29/12 Customer originally had 12 month warranty on the order. Does no longer want that warranty, Standard 30 Day Parts warranty.
$149.95 to be refunded

11/12/12 - MSO received from manufacturer, processed, and mailed to customer.

11/15/12--AH-- Customer contacted parts. Customer stated that the Unit came with a damaged Front Turn Light. Customer submitted photos to GSI for replacement parts to be sent. GSI to submit warranty claim to Manufacturer.

2/22/13--AH-- Customer contacted parts. Customer stated that the unit was driven in the rain and now the unit will start and then cut off. Customer advised to take unit to a mechanic for diagnostic and update GSI if any parts are needed.

5/7/13--AH-- Suddenly yesterday the Needle for the Speedometer began to start spinning and spinning instead of displaying the correct speed. Customer needs replacement parts to fix issue.
