I ordered cowboy hats on 9/14 for a wedding on the 26th & paid extra for fast processing. On 9/19, I contacted them because I had not received shipping information. They then emailed me that some of my purchases were on back order! It should have let me know when I placed the order that they were out of stock! Do NOT order from them if you need something in a hurry!

They said on the website that it'd be 3 to 7 days processing time. I contacted them after about 2 weeks, but they never responded to at least four attempts. I'm only giving them a one because there's no option for lower.
