“Very disappointed in the quality of product received”

I received Shari Berries for Christmas and was very disappointed in what was delivered. The Berries were small compared to the pictures and had NO stems. The berries were throw all over the box from shipping and the taste of the one Berrie I tried was awful... Very disappointed. Website looks beautiful but the product not great upon shipping.

Never again. Box was damaged. Ice pack was completely melted. Strawberries were warm. Icing was...
