I got a message from a recruiter on LinkedIn about WriterBay. Just so you know I was ON MY OWN but i thought that "hey, why not give this a try?", because I have written a few academic articles and technical documentations before and it felt really good to share knowledge. So I signed up, passed all tests and submitted necessary documents, only for me to get rejected without a specific reason. In conclusion, It could be a waste of your time and it might also not be but for me, I am giving them a star, don't invite people to apply for something on your platform that they don't intend to and then reject them without giving specific reasons.
Dear Tomiwa,
Thank you for providing your feedback and we are sorry to hear you are not satisfied with our services.
I would like to highlight that in case an application is declined it means that the potential candidate did not follow all the requirements and instructions while completing an application form. In case of specific issues detection connected to educational documents or writing skills, the application can be declined since we cannot compromise on the quality of our services. It is a regular procedure of applications' approval/rejection stipulated by regulations and conditions of the company. For more information you can check Terms of Use on the website.
What is more, our HR representative offers a potential applicant information about the open position which is only of an introductory character. A person can follow it or ignore; we never force potential applicants to register on the website.
Also, you are welcome to contact us via manager@writerbay.com and our Management will provide you with a detailed reason and explanation of your application's rejection.
