I paid my membership fee and then discovered that:
1) Their forms and support do not cover my state. Not sure how you can find this out ahead of time.
2) You cannot download ANY blank forms... the main reason I signed uo.
3) After I went thru thru the process of filling out the forms online and tried to print them out I discovered that you cannot do this unless you either pay more money or sign up for a free trial... yeah, one of those "FREE" trials (7days) that charges you $33/mo after that if you don't cancle.
You would be better off with a slimey, overpriced lawyer!

Blank forms are not typically provided as you need to answer questions in the template in order to add clauses to the document you are preparing. If you are preparing a lease for example, you can leave the date, rental amount and names blank and a blank line will be inserted. However, other questions need to be answered so the lease contains the correct information regarding many other clauses. The document may also need specific clauses that are state specific.

You had selected a Basic two week license to access loan agreements on April 27/15. After two weeks, that license expired as it outlines when you selected that option. I believe you were looking for specific deed documents this time which we did not carry on our website. You can see our complete list of documents by clicking the ALL category which appears on the top right hand side of the webpage. You can review the list of documents, click on them and review the question template to see if the document will work for your personal situation. We do not carry all documents for all situations but we do have a wide assortment.

A Basic license provides two week access to one document type and after two weeks, the access to documents automatically expires. The Basic license does not provide unlimited access to a document or documents. Customers can select from three license options: 1) one year Pro license for $95.88 which provides access to any documents for 12 months. 2) Basic which provides two week access to one document type and after two weeks, access expires and 3) one week free trial subscription. This option allows access to all documents for 7 days and this option requires cancellation within 7 days or it converts to the monthly $33.00 plan until cancelled. Cancelling can be easily done online or by calling Customer Support. All of these options are explained on the license selection page and we also send an email within a few minutes confirming your choice once you complete check out.

Really bad experience here, they have poor customer service and moreover clear "got you" money...
