After placing many orders with coffeeforless over several years and experiencing excellent service, I ordered and paid for my usual Starbucks Kcups at the end of September 2023. I received confirmation of my order and later had an inquiry from CFL, asking if I had received my order. Having waiting for over a month to receive my cofee, I then began emailing, calling, and attempting to contact the company via their online chat. Nothing! No response. I am perplexed at the company's nonresponse. Sure would like to have them refund my payment.
