Unfortunately I have to call them every month because of being a customer for over 9 years with them I noticed that I had been being over charged. I am grandfathered in with them on a contract and they are trying very hard for me to switch to their "NEW" plan which would cost me more and then my other contract would be null and void. I call every month like clock work for my adjustment and it is a battle of tell me why. I ask them to simply pull my account up and they can see all of the calls not to mention the notes. They say they see them and then ask me to go over it with them again. It is always the same thing. I will make this adjustment and I will call you back with a fix so you don't have to call again. Never hear from the. Makes it hard to recommend them when I found they were doing this for way too long and now have to call and spend roughly an hour of my time on the phone monthly to get it straight. I explained what they could do to correct it and they tell me that is a great idea but we can't do that...a company this size should be able to fix something so simple...guess not. All I can say is not matter who you have service with be sure to watch your bill!
