Customer service and repair analysis is amateurish. I stay away from these money makers. The pictures used to justify the guarantee that the repair is not reimbursed are unclear and the causal connection is unclear. There is no answer to what was repaired on the phone before it broke. The phone was repaired and it quickly failed again and the customer is not compensated for anything. It's either a lack of unimaginable professionalism or a money-making knack.
