The very first order I placed was several days late. When I inquired, their customer service reps were completely unhelpful - not their fault, nothing they could do. They wouldn't even credit me back on the shipping. I told them I expected them to honor their shipping commitment and didn't need it late. I plan to return the shipment when it finally arrives. The company obviously cares more about a few dollars in the short term that honoring and respecting their word and keeping customers happy and returning.
