I ordered a wall decal for my sons room early October was set to arrive 10/15/15. I contacted the company 3x to request communication about the whereabouts of my package when I did not receive it and asked for a refund. I was finally offered a $5 credit if I spent more than twice that (as if I'd ever order ANYTHING from them again) and told by "Sarah" in customer service there was nothing else they could do and to call my post office. As of today 11/23/15 my package is delayed somewhere in New York and I am out the $23 spent. Beyond disappointed with this experience and will never order from this site again.
