First to make a return, you Have To call the customer service so that they can send u an email with the return details. Then the 1st customer service I chatted with asked me for a "reward" at the end of the chat if I think she did a job. I have never heard of customer service asking for a reward, what is she expecting, a tip?

Then this 1st customer service took 2 whole days to send me the email with the return instructions, when the return window is just 15days! In the email was instructions in incomprehensible English. Only after I sealed all the items in one package did I really understand what the return requirements were. All returns have to be sent with tracking, the package has to reach them in less (via International mail) than the 15days i have now, & each package must be of less than $45 in value.

After a trip to the post office with my now 3 x repackaged returns, I was informed that each package with international tracking service to China would cost $44.95 from the United States! So each package of return has a commercial value of less than $45 but the postage is $45. Simply ridiculous! How can u force the customer to split the returns in this manner, the starting cost for each tracking service is probably exorbitant in every country. Granted u mentioned in the fine print Abt using tracking service for the returns, but not the less than $45 per return.

Finally, the dresses I received were all made of thin & cheap looking fabric. They look like they would either rip when u wear them or it would shrivel into nothing after a wash.

Forget Abt buying from this website unless u reside in China, even with the free international shipping it's not worth it. Now i have to get rid of those ill-fitting dresses, probably to Goodwill.
