The customer service is not helpful and the photo part of the app can be a little difficult.
A puppy was accidentally marked sold and there was no way to change it back. I had just paid money to boost the ad, and all I could do was to create another ad all over again. It is very easy to accidentally mark an ad, but you can't easily change it back without contacting customer service. When I contacted them, they were not helpful.
The app also is very screwy when you try to move pictures of the pups around. It takes forever to get them in the order you want and constantly jumps back and forth.
