I tried to get a reservation through Google and they were the only site with an available room for given days. We were billed, then there was no reservation. We now see that a reservation was made for the wrong weekend and I've spent 3 weeks trying get someone from the company to discuss the issue. It's possible I picked the wrong weekend, but since I couldn't get anyone from the company to discuss the day after the billing, I had no opportunity to cancel the other reservation. Janky software and the worst customer service I've ever had with a travel site.
