I am also in the throws of experiencing the same astounding worst customer service ever. I placed two orders with them in Nov. 2015 and am still waiting for them. But has anyone read the replies from Trendsgal, to all the complaints. They are all repetitious down to the last letter. Plus the English is atrocious to say the least. This just shows me that no orders come from the U.S. As originally thought... everything comes from China, hence the bad quality, service and lack of concern actually, for you ever receiving your order. They could not care less. They have your money, so they are okay... plus... there will always be another sucker out there to fall for their trap as we all did. You will probably find that the offices they have in the U.S. Are just shell companies run by the Chinese. It looks better if it comes from the States, more chance of sales than if ordered directly from China. I have been in sales for over twenty years and am from a third world country, and I have not seen or experienced such bad and horrendous customer service as I have had from Trendsgal. You would never even warrent one star from me, but I had to put one just so that I could submit my review!
