Booked a tee time. Due to weather had to cancel. Cancelled well outside the 24 hour notice policy. Tried to call Customer Service, placed on hold, never talking to anyone. No refund or credit to my account. Worst Customer Service. I will never use this site again, and will inform everyone I know not to use this site. GolfNow sucks...
