Hi, I am having major difficulties with NETSPEND as a thief got into my account on the 19th of February and waited for me to get paid again, then locked me out of my own account and changed the info to theirs. NetSpend would cancel cards as they came in but would not freeze the account for suspicious activity. They let my account drain to about $150 and now I have about $1500 gone because this fool made a virtual card in my name so they could keep transferring my money undetected. They went on numerous Lyft rides, bought Panda Express, tried to buy LEGOS, and who knows what else. PLEASE look into this as I cannot pay bills nor buy food to feed my family! I have kids on the spectrum and one cannot get much-needed therapy because I don't have access to my account. This is a nightmare! These pictures I uploaded are just some of the funds stolen. I AM LOCKED OUT OF MY ACCOUNT, the hacker is using his info as mine. Thank you

**UPDATE** I thought that Netspend had closed my account because this hacker is connected to this and was waiting for more funds to be added, and cleared by the bank to be returned to me. As soon as $900 something was redeposited by Netspend, I got a text, and within minutes, I was down to $6.98. I now have to wait until all pending unauthorized transactions are cleared which is going to take time. I still do not have money, so can't buy food or pay bills. THANKS! Is this an inside job because it's pretty sophisticated!

Tip for consumers:
I have been with Netspend for several years; once in awhile there would be unauthorized purchases and they usually helped me right away. They did block physical cards but allowed this person to continue to drain my account by the use of a virtual card in my name to put my hard-earned money into their own private account. I have lost count on how many people I have talked to, how many documents sent in and rejected, and been given a complete run around. This has been going on since Febuary 19th.
