I fell for the come-on with the full understanding that this was a discount site, but even at that I was more than a little surprised at the shoddy attention to detail and complete lack of workmanship. Buttons were missing. The sizing was wrong, etc. While I requested a refund within hours of receiving the goods I was offered an exchange if I took multiple pictures of the products received, etc.
My credit card company offers customer support so I will be pursuing the issue with them instead of attempting to deal with a seller who doesn't want to provide customer service.
