I ordered two dresses and waited over two months. They never arrived. The company refused to issue me a full refund. I had written them several times within the two months and they could never locate my package. I dont think it was ever shipped.

We are also upset at the customer's dissatisfaction and want to ensure they are perfectly satisfied with their experience. We need to identify where the disconnect was so we may prevent it from happening again.
