If I could negative stars I would! I placed my order a month ago, bought expedite shipping, assumed like almost any other clothing site I've used I would have my items by the beginning of October for a trip. I figured it was taking longer than expected, I've order $#*! from Hong Kong & have had better shipping service! It should've taken 3-5 days to gather the $#*! put it in a box, another few days to slap a stamp on it & about a weekish for it to actually arrive. It never made it pasted the processing stage! And now a MONTH LATER they would like to inconvenience me a bit more & ask for faxes of IDs & CC Authro. What is the freaking point of ordering through my card if they're gonna treat me like im taking out a loan. ABSOLUTELY WORST SERVICE EVER. I NOR ANY REFERRAL WILL EVER USE THIS SITE AGAIN! Now Im being issued a REFUND & Im wondering will this take a whole $#*!ing month as well?!

We are sorry for the inconvenience. Please understand that we DO NOT ask for photos of your drivers licence or credit card to prove your identity for no reasons. We only do that when there is a problem occur during the process of your money transaction. The reasons can vary from customer to customer. For example, sometimes there are fraud orders, in order to make sure that it's not someone else purchasing items using your account, we have to ask for payment identity. It is for your own good. If you cannot offer the identity, we are not supposed to send your order.
Could you please send us your order number by message here? If you donnot remember the order number, please inform us your email address, phone number, transaction ID etc which can help us find your order number in our system, so we would be able to reach you, once the issue is confirmed, we would offer you a solution.
Once again, I want to restate our apology to the customer for their experience. We are responsible for this and we will work hard to resolve this issue for them and to prevent it from occuring again in the future.
