Ordered correct part from website. Following initial shipping delays, received incorrect part. USD $630 incl. $140 in shipping.

I ordered part #*******-0W030 from LexusPartsNow, which is a front RIGHT brake caliper, however I received #*******-0W030 which is a front LEFT brake caliper.

Looking at the box, I can clearly see the issue is due to someone mislabeling the box. On the box is a correct label '*******-0W030', however, newer labels have been placed over top incorrectly labeling the part as '*******-0W030', hence why I've been shipped the incorrect part.

LexusPartsNow/Auto Parts Prime then tried to palm me off to FedEx to cover the return shipping costs, even though it is not FedEx's error (FedEx inspects labels, not the contents of packages!).

Dealing with Lexus Parts Now/Auto Parts Prime is a nightmare. I have to constantly chase them to get a response. At one point, they actually started processing the RMA claim; then, after a month, they went back to palming me off to FedEx.

I have a pending complaint with the BBB about this company. I have a baby on the way and need to get my car back on the road. At this point, I may have to pay the return shipping costs myself

Lexus Parts Now/Auto Parts Prime is a very dishonest company and they deliberately try to conceal their ownership to avoid accumulating too much negative feedback about one single brand.

If you are in the socal region and you are sick of dealing with their customer service bots, perhaps go down and visit them in person at 2500 Troy Ave., South El Monte, CA *******-1428. Ask for the owner: Xuhong Wang aka Rick Wang.

At this point, I still need to get the correct part for me car. If I return the part at my own cost, I run the risk of experience what others have reported here: additional charges, long waits and no service. I ultimately have no guarantee they'll ever ship the correct part.

Do yourself a favor: by from any business besides this one. Do not support companies like this.

Tip for consumers:
Keep your full FedEx tracking information so you can identify which dealership sent you your part. This company does not care about its customers but dealerships care a bit more and may deal with you directly to resolve your issue.
